The Hardest Part Of Losing Weight
The hardest part of losing weight is starting your long journey from the beginning. Most people fail here, because they can't take that step, or get out of there comfort zone to lose weight. You see most people overwhelmed and embarrassed about going to the gym because they are to fat. Once you start out on your journey to lose weight you need to set clear goals and most important stay focused on the things you need to do to reach you'll goals.
Stay Encouraged: You don't need to hell for leather on your first walk, or exercise. You just need to exercise in moderate spells, this way you'll make more progress and you'll rip the benefits later on.
Food: Your diet and nutrition is more than half of you battle against losing weight. Most people go to the gym and work out for one / two hours and then go home and have a fat greasy meal with a drink of alcohol to swill it down. To be-honest with I can't see the point in going to the gym if your going to do this. All you need to do is eat the right food (not to much at once) at the right time of day and not skip your meals and you'll lose weight.
Figure Out If It's Working: I quick way of finding out of your losing weight is, if your waist tightens while your strength increases then you are on the right tracks. If you find out this is not the case, then you need to cut down on your calorie intake and exercise a bit harder.
Conquer One Goal At A Time: I see this time and again people have a fad of dieting for a month and they see nothing happening, so they go back to there old ways. The best thing you can do is set your small and achievable goals this way you'll know if your diet is working for you.
