First you need to fill your body with protein and multicoloured vegetables, the simple reason for this is because a high protein diet makes you feel full up longer, and this way you are keeping fat off your belly. If you eat too many carb's you'll notice that your belly will feel bloated all the time. High protein foods are, chicken, fish, beef, and vegetables, if your vegetables are more coloured the better they are for you.
Carb's can be your worst nightmare if you eat them after 4.00pm, try to stay away from these as much as possible. Change your white rice or white bread to brown rice or multigrain bread if you fancy a late snack in the evening.
You need to eat as much fibre as you can, so in the morning try sprinkling raw oat bran on your cereal, or even better go and buy a smoothie maker and mix all your fruits up with it. This way your body gets better assimilated to dietary fat.
Fats, so many people misunderstand fat when they are consuming foods. I don't mean going out and eating burgers or anything like that. You see you should be aiming for around 95g of fat per day, or even less if you're really trying to lose weight. Fat can be taken in many different ways and you should be choosing monounsaturated fats like, olive, rapeseed, avocados, nuts, butter, meats and the best of all is fish oils this way you are getting the best of both worlds when you cook your fish.
